Hey readers...

So I checked today... we have over 1300 hits, visitors from over 40 locations in the world and from 5 continents. Africa, where you at? I wonder if we'll ever get a reader from Africa over the next year.

Sorry for the lack of updates as of late... to be honest, it's been the same old for the last few weeks. Nothing special or new has happened as of late. Abbi, a good friend of ours that works at our school will be leaving in under 3 weeks as she wraps up her one-year contract. I can't imagine what she's feeling or thinking knowing it's all coming to an end. However, with Abbi leaving, we have Alex Dimita coming... and that's awesome! Having another familiar face around that has many of the same friends and knows about Global will be awesome. Amy, another teacher and friend that works with us is wrapping up her 6 month contract near the end of December and we have another friend that might be replacing her as well! *Fingers Crossed*... We hope it works out... because Chrissy rocks!

Dawna and I have also been throwing around some talk about possibly extending our contracts for 3 months... on top of the one year we'd be doing. That would have us coming back home to Canada somewhere in the late November 2008 slot. We really miss home... but we're thankful for our experience here. I can assure everyone that there's no way we're missing the 2008 holiday season in Canada.

We also managed to watch 3 seasons of LOST in just over a month. We can't wait until February when the newer episodes come out... but in the meantime... anyone have any suggestions for new shows to start watching?

Live Octopus this Friday with friends from work... and then we're travelling to some part of this country to hike it's second largest mountain... so by Sunday time, there'll be tons of pictures on this blog. Hopefully Dawna decides to update soon too...
